Ordering & Payment

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) as well as other payment methods through our secure payment processor, Stripe.

Is it safe to enter my payment information on your website?

Absolutely! We use Stripe, a trusted and secure payment processor that encrypts all payment information. We never store your complete credit card details on our servers.

Will I be charged in US Dollars?

Yes, all prices on our website are listed in United States Dollars (USD). If you’re paying from outside the United States, your bank or credit card company will convert the amount to your local currency.

Can I use a discount code on my purchase?

Yes! If you have a discount code, you can enter it during checkout before completing your payment. Please note that discount codes cannot be applied to past purchases.

Do you offer refunds?

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed. However, we do offer refunds if the digital product is defective, contains significant technical errors, or is substantially different from what was advertised. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase with details about the issue, and we’ll be happy to help.

What types of digital products do you offer?

We offer a variety of digital products including:

How do I access my digital products after purchase?

Immediately after your purchase is complete, you’ll receive an email with a download link sent to the email address you provided during checkout. Simply click the link to download your product.

What if I don’t receive my download link?

First, please check your spam or junk folder as sometimes emails end up there. If you still can’t find it, please contact us at community@thegracefulgrowth.com with your order number, and we’ll resend your download link right away.

How long is my download link valid?

Download links are typically valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. We recommend downloading your products as soon as possible and saving them to multiple locations for safekeeping.

How many times can I download my purchase?

You can download your product multiple times within the 30-day period. If you need to re-download after your link has expired, please contact us and we’ll provide a new link.

What file formats are your digital products available in?

Most of our products are available as PDF files, which can be opened on virtually any device. Some products may also be available in other formats like EPUB or MOBI for e-readers. The specific format(s) will be clearly listed on each product page.

What devices can I use to access my digital products?

Our digital products can be accessed on:

  • Desktop computers (Windows, Mac, Linux)
  • Tablets (iPad, Android tablets)
  • Smartphones (iPhone, Android)
  • E-readers (Kindle, Kobo, etc., for compatible formats)

You’ll need a PDF reader (like Adobe Acrobat Reader, Apple Books, or similar) to open PDF files.

Can I print my digital products?

Yes! Most of our digital products are designed to be printable. You can print them at home or take the file to a professional printing service. Please note that our products are for personal use only and should not be reproduced for commercial purposes or distribution.

Technical Questions

I’m having trouble opening my digital product. What should I do?

If you’re having trouble opening a file:

  1. Make sure you have a compatible PDF reader installed on your device
  2. Try opening the file on a different device or browser
  3. Re-download the file in case the original download was corrupted
  4. Contact us at community@thegracefulgrowth.com if the issue persists, and we’ll help troubleshoot

The file appears corrupted or won’t download properly. Can you help?

Yes! This occasionally happens due to internet connection issues during download. Please contact us with your order number, and we’ll either send you a new download link or email the file directly to you.

Can I access my digital products on multiple devices?

Yes! Once you download your digital product, you can save it to cloud storage (like Google Drive, Dropbox, or iCloud) and access it from any of your devices. You can also transfer the file directly between your devices.

Do your digital journals work with apps like GoodNotes or Notability?

Many of our digital planners and journals are compatible with popular note-taking apps. The product description will specify if a product is optimized for specific apps. If you have questions about compatibility, please contact us before purchasing.

Usage & Licensing

Can I share my digital products with friends or family?

No, our digital products are licensed for personal use only. Each purchase grants a license to one individual. Sharing, redistributing, or making our products available to others violates our Terms and Conditions and copyright law. If someone you know would like a copy, please direct them to our website to make their own purchase.

Can I modify or edit the digital products I purchase?

While you can add personal notes or annotations to your digital products for your own use, you may not modify the core content, remove copyright notices, or create derivative works for distribution or commercial purposes.

Can I use these products for my business or sell them?

Our products are licensed for personal use only. If you’re interested in commercial licensing or bulk purchases for your organization, please contact us to discuss options.

Can I post pages from my digital products on social media?

You’re welcome to share photos of how you’re using our products (like filled-in journal pages or planners) on social media. However, please do not share entire pages that would allow others to reproduce our designs, and always credit The Graceful Growth Co. when sharing.

Account & Newsletter

Do I need to create an account to make a purchase?

You may be able to checkout as a guest, but creating an account allows you to easily access your purchase history and re-download products if needed.

How do I sign up for your newsletter?

You can subscribe to our newsletter by entering your email address in the subscription form on our website. You’ll receive updates about new products, special promotions, and inspirational content.

How do I unsubscribe from your newsletter?

You can unsubscribe at any time by clicking the “unsubscribe” link at the bottom of any newsletter email, or by contacting us directly at community@thegracefulgrowth.com.

Will you share my email address with others?

No, we take your privacy seriously. We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for their marketing purposes. We use MailerLite for email marketing, and your information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and MailerLite’s privacy practices.

Shipping & Delivery

Do you ship physical products?

No, we currently offer digital products only. All products are delivered electronically via email immediately after purchase.

I accidentally entered the wrong email address. Can you help?

Yes! Please contact us as soon as possible with your correct email address and order number, and we’ll resend your download link to the correct address.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy for digital products?

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once you’ve downloaded or accessed the product. However, if your product is defective, not as described, or you haven’t yet downloaded it, please contact us within 14 days and we’ll work with you to resolve the issue.

Can I exchange a digital product for a different one?

Since digital products cannot be “returned” once downloaded, we don’t offer exchanges. However, if you purchased the wrong product by mistake and haven’t downloaded it yet, please contact us immediately and we may be able to help.

I purchased the wrong product. What can I do?

If you haven’t downloaded the product yet, contact us right away at community@thegracefulgrowth.com with your order number. We’ll do our best to help resolve the situation.

Gift Options

Can I purchase digital products as gifts?

Yes! When checking out, you can enter the recipient’s email address to have the download link sent directly to them. You can also purchase products for yourself and forward the files to your recipient.
